Eligibility

Purchases may only be made by individuals legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

Products

We strive to display products accurately. Minor differences in colour, print placement and stitching may occur due to photography, screen settings and manufacturing processes and shall not be treated as defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay using supported payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets and QR.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt only. Dadda Doodle reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or payment failure.

Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Exchange Policy published on our website.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, mascot artwork, illustrations, prints, product designs, photographs and website content belong exclusively to Dadda Doodle. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

User Conduct

Users shall not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or upload harmful content.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dadda Doodle’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions or governmental actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

Window

Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

No monetary refunds are offered. Eligible approved returns are compensated only through a Dadda Doodle Gift Card.

Partial COD

Advance or partial COD payments are non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchanges are processed after successful quality inspection and subject to stock availability. If unavailable, an equivalent Gift Card will be issued.

Pickup

A ₹150 reverse pickup fee applies. Where pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging.

Defective Items

Report incorrect or defective items within 7 days with clear photographs and, where available, an unboxing video.

Final Decision

Dadda Doodle reserves the right to approve or reject requests following inspection.
