DADDA DOODLE Returns & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Window

Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

All purchases are Final Sale. Dadda Doodle does not provide monetary refunds. Approved returns are issued only as a Dadda Doodle Gift Card. Refunds to the original payment method, bank account, card, wallet, UPI or COD are not available.

Partial COD & Advance Payments

Any amount paid as a partial COD or advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned product passes quality inspection. The complete process may take 7–10 business days. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a Gift Card of equivalent value will be issued.

Gift Card

Gift Cards are issued within 24–48 hours after successful inspection.

Reverse Pickup

A ₹150 reverse pickup fee applies to both returns and exchanges. Where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the parcel. Shipping risks during self-shipment remain the customer's responsibility.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags, labels and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, odour, washing or alteration will be rejected.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, promotional and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified or changed after confirmation.

Incorrect or Defective Products

Notify us within 7 days with clear photos, packaging images and, where possible, an unboxing video. After verification, Dadda Doodle may provide a replacement, exchange or Gift Card at its sole discretion.

Final Decision

All return and exchange approvals are at the sole discretion of Dadda Doodle. Decisions are final and binding.
